Tweaki provides digital services, including but not limited to ecommerce website development, dropshipping setup, customization, integrations, technical support, and related services.
Due to the nature of our services, please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds on Completed or Delivered Services
All payments made to Tweaki are non-refundable once:
- Work has started
- Access, files, credentials, or deliverables have been shared
- A service has been fully or partially delivered
Once a service is initiated, resources, time, and costs are immediately allocated, which cannot be reversed.
2. Eligibility for Refund (Limited Cases Only)
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Payment was made by mistake and no work has started
- Duplicate payment for the same service
- Service cannot be delivered due to a technical limitation from Tweaki’s side only
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Website design or development services
- Dropshipping setup services
- Custom features or modifications
- Third-party costs (domains, hosting, plugins, themes, APIs, subscriptions)
- Consultation fees
- Service delays caused by client inaction, missing content, or late responses
4. No Refunds for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Expectation mismatch not discussed before purchase
- Business loss, low sales, or marketing failure
We do not guarantee sales, profits, or revenue.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is a violation of this policy.
If a chargeback is filed after service delivery:
- All ongoing work will be stopped immediately
- Access and support will be revoked
6. Refund Processing (If Approved)
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Payment gateway charges, taxes, and fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
